Mommas Hip Hop Kitchen breakdown by Decora

700 people show up to see over 50 amazing female artists perform and show their creative works. The stage filled with poets, mc's and DJ resonated with collective activism through art. Founder Lah Tere formerly of Rebel Diaz hosted and performed gracefully. Throughout the performance photos from graffiti artist Too Fly swam on the 50 by 50 foot screen in the background. The 4th annual mommas hip hop kitchen also included a diverse range of ages and ethnicities on stage and in the audience. It's official! Mommas Hip Hop Kitchen is one of my favorite annual events!
